Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping Costs: We have done our best to provide you with the most accurate shipping cost. Due to ever changing fuel surcharges, it might not be 100% correct. Please view the shipping costs as an estimate instead of the final fee. We pack multiple items together so you will never be charged twice for shipping.
Turnaround: We make every effort (and generally succeed) in mailing your order out by the next business day. It is not unusual for us to be able to complete and ship your order the very day it is received (depending on time of day). There are times, of course, when it is extremely busy and it may take 3-4 business days. We always do our very best to keep you informed of the status of your order.
Returns: We want you, our customer, to be happy with your purchases. If you are not happy with what you have purchased, please contact us either by phone or email and let us know. We will accept returned items as long as they have NOT been used or abused. We will NOT accept returns on candle scents since we can no longer vouch for the contents. Please contact us for an authorization number before returning anything. There will be a 15% restocking fee.
